Eight Majors now, since Cape Town joined in June 2026. Abbott awards the Six Star medal for the original six. There is no Seven or Eight Star medal, and a Nine Star only exists if Shanghai passes its final assessment in December 2026.
London counts twice: a Major and a Classic. Any 5 different Classics earn the European Marathon Classics Finisher title and a free medal at the fifth finish line.
